The annual MCC Career Fair is your chance to reach thousands of top alumni and students from all 16 MCC member institutions and more! MCC will be utilizing Handshake as the platform for the career fair.

Employers will have the ability to:

• Set their own session schedules
• Assign qualifications students must meet in order to attend the scheduled sessions.
• Video, audio, and text-based chat to interact with candidates
  
• Participate in group sessions (up to 50 participants) or 1:1 facetime with candidates
  
• Share employer information and documentation with students ahead of time
• Assign up to 100 company representatives to interact with the attending candidates
• View student profiles and resumes to easily prepare for interactions

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing and can be emailed to MCC Headquarters at [email protected]. No refunds will be made after May 28, 2021. Cancellations received prior to May 28, 2025 will be charged a $50 administrative fee.

What is the employer registration process?

1. Register for the career fair on the MCC website.
2. Once you have registered as an employer on the MCC website, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to register your company on the Handshake platform. Registering on the MCC website does not automatically sync up with an existing Handshake profile. You must follow the link within your confirmation email and register for the event on Handshake.

3. Set up your schedule with sessions
1. Each representative will be able to create their own unique session schedule to engage with students. Note: If sessions are not created and if your representatives do not claim their schedules, students will not be able to interact with your company during the fair
